Free Group Coaching Calls

You’re Not Alone. Let’s Tackle Life’s Challenges Together.

Join 3 free monthly group coaching calls this fall — a safe, judgment-free space to share, learn, and build confidence knowing you’re not the only one facing these challenges.

What This Is About

These calls are designed for people who:

Struggle with procrastination, time management, or organization.

Feel overwhelmed by daily tasks like emails, chores, or scheduling.

Want to build confidence knowing others face the same challenges.

Are curious about coaching but want to try it in a safe, free, and low-pressure way.

What You’ll Experience

Each call blends guidance, conversation, and connection in a way that feels supportive yet practical.

A Teaching Moment

You’ll get a simple, useful tool or insight for everyday struggles like procrastination, email overwhelm, or staying on top of chores. Nothing overwhelming — just something you can put into practice right away.

Open Conversation

We’ll talk through what’s working, what feels hard, and share ideas with each other. Hearing different perspectives helps you realize you’re not alone and sparks solutions you might not have thought of.

Real Connection

Sometimes the most powerful shift comes from simply knowing others understand. These calls create a space where you can feel supported, encouraged, and less isolated.

By the end of each session, you’ll leave with one or two practical ideas to try, along with a sense of relief that you’re not facing things by yourself.

Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming calls:

Meet Your Host

Traci Everett

Hi, I’m Traci Everett — executive function coach, educator, and founder of RealFocus Life Coaching.

For years, I’ve worked with students, adults, and families navigating the everyday challenges of focus, follow-through, and overwhelm.

What I’ve seen over and over is this: when people realize they’re not alone, everything feels lighter.

That’s why I’m creating this free group coaching space. It’s not about perfection — it’s about progress, encouragement, and learning strategies that work for real brains.

My goal is to give you practical tools you can use right away, while also creating a supportive community where we can learn from one another.

Whether you’ve struggled with procrastination, organization, or just staying on top of life, you’ll find this space is built with compassion, humor, and a “no-judgment zone” attitude.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join these calls?

Anyone. Students, professionals, parents, or anyone who struggles with procrastination, organization, or follow-through. If you’ve ever thought “Why can’t I just get it together?” — you belong here.

Do I have to talk or share?

Not at all. You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Some people like to listen quietly, and that’s perfectly okay.

What if I miss a session?

No worries. While these are live calls, you’re welcome to join the next one. Each call is its own supportive space, so you won’t feel behind.

Is this really free?

Yes. These three calls (September, October, and November) are completely free. After that, we’ll see if the group wants to continue in a more structured way.

What kinds of topics will we cover?

You’ll have a chance to submit topics ahead of time — think procrastination, email overload, scheduling, chores, motivation, or anything else that feels like a daily hurdle.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is this coaching only for students with ADHD or learning differences?

Not at all. While I specialize in supporting neurodivergent students, this coaching is helpful for any student who wants support staying focused, organized, and confident.

Question 2: What’s the time commitment?

Most students meet with me once a week or every other week. Sessions are 45 minutes and scheduled around your availability.

Question 3: How do the bonus planning sessions work?

If you pay in full by July 31, you get two extra sessions before the semester begins. These are used to map out goals, schedules, and support systems.

Question 4: What if I’m not sure if this is right for me/my child?

That’s totally okay. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk through your needs and make sure it’s a good fit.
