meet Your Host
I’m a life coach with a passion for helping individuals, especially those with ADHD, discover their strengths and thrive. My experience includes supporting students with learning challenges at a high-performing high school, where I helped them navigate academic demands and build confidence. I’ve also worked extensively with college students, guiding them to develop self-advocacy, time management, and other life skills essential for success. Through these experiences, I’ve honed my ability to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and unlock their potential.

HOW LONG ARE EACH OF THE SESSIONS?
Each session lasts approximately 1 hour session and is designed to be interactive, so your can get the most out of the coaching experience.
HOW DO THE COACHING SESSIONS WORK?
The coaching sessions are virtual and conducted one-on-one with Traci. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, focusing on time management, goal-setting, and stress management, with actionable steps to follow.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CAN’T COMPLETE THE SESSIONS BEFORE THE SEMESTER ENDS?
If the sessions aren’t completed before the semester ends, don’t worry! You can always extend or schedule follow-up sessions to continue the support. The goal is to ensure you feel confident and prepared, no matter the timeline
IS THIS PROGRAM ONLY FOR STUDENTS STRUGGLING WITH ADHD?
While this program is ideal for students with ADHD, it’s also beneficial for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the end-of-semester pressure. The strategies and support are useful for all students who need help managing stress and staying on track.
CAN I ATTEND THE SESSIONS WITH MY CHILD?
The sessions are designed for students to work directly with Traci, but we encourage open communication between parents and their child. After each session, you'll receive updates on progress and strategies to reinforce at home.
