Body Doubling:
The Simple Way to Beat Procrastination

Join our free Body Doubling sessions every Sunday & Tuesday.

Get things done with ease, accountability, and fun.

What is Body Doubling?

Struggling to focus on your to-do list?
You’re not alone. We all have those tasks we know we need to do—homework, emails, laundry, meal prep, or even just planning the week—but somehow, they never get done.

That’s where Body Doubling comes in.

It may sound simple, but it’s powerful: when you set aside time to work alongside others—even virtually—your motivation increases, distractions shrink, and progress happens more naturally. Instead of fighting procrastination alone, you get a sense of shared focus and accountability. The presence of others provides the gentle push your brain needs to start, keep going, and actually finish. Many people are surprised by how effective and even fun this process feels.

How It Works

Here’s how our free sessions run:

Join us on Zoom: no pressure, no awkwardness. Cameras on or off, whatever works for you.

Set your intention: share a quick “what I’m working on” at the start.

Work in short sprints: 20–30 minutes of focused time, followed by quick breaks.

End with progress: check in, celebrate what you got done, and leave feeling lighter.

It’s structured enough to keep you accountable, but relaxed enough to feel comfortable.

Who It’s For?

These sessions are open to anyone — no strings attached. Many people who join say they didn’t realize how much they needed this until they experienced the difference for themselves. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or someone managing a busy household, body doubling provides the gentle structure and accountability that makes getting things done less stressful and a lot more doable.

Students

If you’re in high school or college, you know how easy it is to put off studying or assignments until the last minute. Body doubling gives you a built-in study session where you don’t feel alone, and you can finally break the cycle of all-nighters or last-minute panic. Just logging in and seeing others focused on their work can help you stay on track and build healthier study habits.

Professionals

Work doesn’t stop when the weekend comes. Many professionals use Sunday sessions to map out their week, answer emails, or tackle projects they’ve been putting off. On Tuesdays, it’s the perfect mid-week check-in to refocus, push through tasks, and keep momentum going. Instead of procrastinating, you end up feeling clear, organized, and ahead of the game.

Adults at Home

Whether it’s meal prep, laundry, paying bills, or finally organizing that messy drawer, body doubling helps turn chores into something manageable—and even a little enjoyable. Knowing others are working alongside you (even on their own tasks) transforms the “I’ll do it later” mindset into real progress. You’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish in short sprints when you have that subtle sense of accountability.

If you ever catch yourself saying, “I’ll do it later”… this is for you.
